Ann brings to our board over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration and management consulting. With a background in chronic disease management and value-based care, she has led numerous implementations of patient health program initiatives and delivered software solutions in collaboration with physicians, hospitals, and payers nationwide. With an enduring passion for healthcare advancements to making a difference in the lives of those involved, Ann joins our team to drive positive change and make a meaningful impact on our organization, partners, and NICU community.

Currently, a Principal Consultant at A3 Solutions, Ann collaborates closely with clients across diverse industries, serving as a dedicated project manager. In her work, she leads the planning and delivery of custom software solutions and process improvement efforts. Her professional services also include integrating vendor software platform ensuring seamless implementation and optimization.

Outside her profession, Ann actively supports community building initiatives and serves as a project manager for Fargo Moorhead's annual Asian Night Market event. Her multifaceted expertise, focused execution, and unwavering commitment make her an asset to our board to maximize and scale the impact of the organization.
